Bioware, the company behind the upcoming “Mass Effect 4,” has purchased a new video game franchise. According to a report by Bit by Bit Gaming on April 29, the developer now owns the license to create titles based on the “Warhammer 40,000” brand. The first game will apparently feature the same third-person shooter elements as “Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine,” which came out for multiple platforms on Sept. 6, 2011.
